Domestic Shipping (Mexico):

  • For domestic orders within Mexico, we rely on Mexico Postal Services for shipping.
  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location within Mexico and the chosen shipping method.
  • We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Please note that occasional delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays or natural disasters.

International Shipping:

  • For international orders outside of Mexico, including the USA and Canada, we also use Mexico Postal Services for shipping.
  • While international shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance procedures and other factors, we do our best to ensure timely delivery.
  • Please allow extra time for delivery, especially for international orders.
  • For USA and Canadian customers, customs duties and taxes are included in the shipping fees. You won't have to worry about any additional charges upon delivery.
  • Customers outside USA, Canada or Mexico are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Shipping Rates:
